Jack Stack Barbecue started as a family restaurant in Martin City in 1957. What began as a neighborhood spot built on hickory smoke and honest cooking grew into one of the most respected names in American barbecue.
Four generations later, the family still runs the pit. Six restaurants, a nationally shipping provisions brand, and a fine catering company — all built on the same philosophy: cook it slow, serve it right, and treat every guest like family.
When the World Cup comes to Kansas City, we won't just be feeding the city. We'll be welcoming the world to the table we've been setting for nearly 70 years.
